At the beginning of 2020, thousands of musicians, band managers, and technicians across the globe lost their livelihood, seemingly overnight. From halted rehearsals to canceled tours, many didn’t know where the next paycheck would come from. 

The sudden shift in the industry caused artists to act on the pure instinct they know best getting creative. 

Suddenly, in-home recording studios became popular by demand. Tracking music was more accessible. Podcasts erupted left and right. And nation-wide, musicians, and music-enthusiasts felt empowered to create again.

As more people passionate about music connect from home, we realized just how powerful real estate can be in building wealth for both the music industry and music fans alike. This idea birthed what is now our global network of lenders, agents, and investors:  Heavy Realty.

At one point, I believed I had to fit into a box to be successful and to help others with real estate. But, after rising to be partner of a team that has sold more than $60M this year, I realize that I can do business as my authentic self.

Who am I? I'm an realtor and music-lover who loves investing in real estate and enjoys helping others do the same. 

I created Heavy Realty because I felt that there wasn't a designated place for fellow music-lovers in the real estate world. I wanted to create a network that served artists and my peers alike. Whether you're a buyer, seller, or investor- you want a real estate professional you can truly connect with. This is the place for you.
