The sudden shift in the industry caused artists to act on the pure instinct they know best — getting creative. 

Suddenly, in-home recording studios became popular by demand. Tracking music was more accessible. Podcasts erupted left and right. And nation-wide, musicians, and music-enthusiasts felt empowered to create again.

As more people passionate about music connect from home, we realized just how powerful real estate can be in building wealth for both the music industry and music fans alike. This idea birthed what is now our global network of lenders, agents, and investors:  Heavy Realty.

I used to think I had to conform to a specific mold to be successful in real estate and to help others. However, after rising to partner with a team that sold over $60M, becoming a solo agent, and then becoming a team leader, I realized I could run a business authentically.

Who am I? I'm a full-time realtor, investor, and music enthusiast who is passionate about real estate, financial literacy, and helping others achieve the same. If I can do it, so can you.

I founded Heavy Realty because I saw a gap in the real estate world for musicians and creatives. I aimed to create a network that serves artists and my peers alike.
