Jon Marcantonio

Jon is a licensed realtor in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. After living in the Boston area for most of his life, he recently moved to Providence, RI with his fiancée and fellow realtor Kelli Elligott. Kelli and Jon team up together with almost every client and they handle all of Rhode Island, and Eastern and Central Massachusetts. 

Jon has been working in the event industry in Boston/New England for 20 years. From sound engineer to production manager, Jon has handled audio/production for festivals, concerts, corporate events, and broadcasts all over the world. Jon currently works as touring monitor engineer and stage manager for the bands Dropkick Murphys and Rancid, is the lead audio engineer of Royale Nightclub in Boston, and also freelances working on all the major events and concerts across New England. 

A member of the National Council for Traditional Arts, Jon assists with production at several world music/traditional folk festivals around the country. He served as Production Coordinator/Manager for the American Folk Festival in Bangor, ME from 2015-2020, and has been an audio engineer/stage lead at various other NCTA festivals since 2011. 

Working in event/festival production has given Jon a solid backbone for the real estate industry: booking and managing vendors, handling all kinds of different personalities, overseeing logistics for load-in and load-outs, executing every step on time, and making every deadline and budget. His attention to detail, along with his tireless work ethic has transferred over seamlessly from production to real estate.
