Juliet Lalouel is the founder of Heavy Realty, a nationwide real estate network created to help artists, musicians, and creative professionals build lasting wealth through financial literacy, homeownership, and real estate investing.

For Juliet, Heavy Realty is deeply personal. She grew up in a home filled with music from around the world, forming an early connection to the artists and communities whose work would continue to shape her life. At 18, she was hired by two independent record stores to help expand their selections within specific genres- an experience that deepened her knowledge of music and her respect for the people who dedicate their lives to creating it. Her social network largely consists of those in and around the music industry since being around music has always been where she's felt the most at home, and she's always been interested in music as well as the music business. 

Before entering real estate, Juliet studied business and philosophy and became an entrepreneur, leaving college to build a successful bicycle business while purchasing and renovating her first fixer-upper. That experience gave her an early understanding of what property ownership can create: stability, independence, equity, and opportunities that extend far beyond a single transaction.

In 2017, Juliet sold that home for a significant profit and relocated to Hawaiʻi, where her family has roots, and her parents first met. She earned her real estate license shortly after arriving and quickly established herself as a leading agent. Through relentless work, strategic negotiation, and an intensely personal commitment to her clients, she rose from a newly licensed agent to become the #1 eXp Realty agent in Hawaiʻi by sales volume in 2022 and one of the company’s Top 100 agents nationwide.

Today, Juliet is licensed in both Hawaiʻi and Colorado and has guided clients through more than 100 real estate transactions—from first homes and investment properties to complex, multimillion-dollar luxury acquisitions. Her career has also given her the privilege of working for a highly influential figure in the music industry- an experience that reflects the trust, confidentiality, and attention to detail she brings to every client relationship.

Heavy Realty grew from Juliet’s belief that artists deserve access to trusted real estate guidance from people who genuinely understand and respect their world. Creative careers do not always follow traditional timelines, income structures, or financial paths. That should never prevent artists from building security and generational wealth.

Through Heavy Realty, Juliet is building a national network of carefully selected real estate professionals who can help creatives wherever their careers take them. The mission goes beyond buying and selling houses: it is about making financial knowledge approachable, helping artists understand how to prepare for ownership, and showing them how real estate can become part of a larger strategy for freedom, stability, and long-term wealth.

Juliet’s respect for musicians is not a branding exercise. Music has been one of the defining forces of her life. She created the network when she found there was no appropriate group to help musicians in a personalized way.
