Dan Bourke, a native of Long Island, New York, embarked on his real estate journey in 2016, and has since established himself as a prominent figure within the top 10% of Realtors in the region. Before venturing into the real estate industry, Dan enjoyed an illustrious 13-year career as a drummer for various bands, including The Backup Plan, This is Hell, Soldiers, and most notably, Stray From the Path, with whom he toured worldwide. While his days of touring have come to an end, he plays part time in local Long Island band Afterparty. Dan attributes much of his real estate success to the invaluable experiences he gained during his travels.
