Warren Lee

Born and raised in Queens, New York, and having lived in Middle Village, Forest Hills, and Rego Park, Warren is no stranger to the neighborhood experience. Throughout his life, Warren has been driven and hardworking, instilling a keen understanding of how to take care of his clients and run an effective team. He prides himself on his tenacity for being a leader and getting the job done correctly— the first time.

Warren started playing in bands during his teenage years, which led to extensive touring as he entered his twenties. He traveled overseas to Europe and Japan and made it to the West Coast and most of the continental North Eastern U.S. territories during that time. By 1997, Warren was touring at a professional level, working most of the United States until about 2001, when he started working abroad on more of a regular basis. Starting with bands like VOD and Madball, then moving onto bands like Hatebreed and eventually Slayer, where he stayed for 16 long years. Having been around the world eight times- only missing the Middle East and Africa- Warren is no stranger to life and its experiences.

It was during this time while traveling on the road that Warren was his introduced to real estate, having his first taste after purchasing his first home. Eventually, when selling that home and purchasing a Co-Op, a spark was ignited and Warren’s energetic and driven path in real estate was born.

Warren services everywhere in the world but primarily concentrates in Queens, NY, especially Forest Hills/Rego Park/Kew Gardens.
